Ms Peng, whose background is in Finance and Accounting, had found her passion with philanthropic work. She was introduced to the Sir Horace Kadoorie Youth Development Programme through Social Venture Group.  In 2017, she subsequently assumed the position of Chair of Shanghai K Charitable Foundation after the establishment of the foundation with few other volunteers.

Ms Peng specialises in curriculum development and youth services, having spent over 20 years working experience in the hospitality industry.

Ms Wang joined the Shanghai K Charitable Foundation in September 2018 as Executive Assistant of Executive Director and was appointed to Deputy Secretary General in August 2020. In December 2020, she was promoted to Secretary General.  She previously worked in Donor Relations for Save the Children, Beijing, and was a Mentor for Disabled Villagers at Camphill Village Kimberton Hills in Westchester, Pennsylvania in the USA.  Before her work in philanthropy, she was Senior Public Relations Manager at Huayi Brothers Entertainment Investment Co.

Ms Cheng is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 15 years' experience at The Peninsula Hotels, Hilton Hotels and Conrad Hotels. She is the Chair of the Remunerations Committee of Shanghai K Charitable Foundation.

Ms Wang has more than 20 years of experience in corporate financial analysis and management.

Ms Peng is an experienced account with emphasis on the hospitality industry.

Dr Shao is an educator and researcher in International Economics, Corporate Finance and has a Ph.D. in International Business & Strategy.

Mr Wang is an experienced hotelier with over 20 years’ experience in finance and hospitality with Sofitel Hotels, The Peninsula Hotels, Hilton Hotels and Crowne Plaza Hotels. He is the Chair of the Board of Supervisors of Shanghai K Charitable Foundation.
